The TESy-Framework and its components

The transformation ecosystem framework consists of 6 main components and 36 sub-components. All components are listed and described on this page. The way to use this framework is quite simple; keep your transition goal in mind and brainstorm on each TESy component if and how it is impacting you and/or your organisation.

TESy Component: External Factors

External factors are considered outside of your organisation. They usually influence your organisation but also the other way round. As an organisation, you need to find a way of monitoring and dealing with these factors in order to find niches or to secure your current market positioning.

TESy Component: Organisation

The Organisation is meant to represent your own organisation where the transformation should take place. It is a group of people who form a business, in order to achieve a certain aim.

TESy Component: Relationships

The Relationship component represents the relationships to external parties or stakeholders who might be relevant for the transformation.

TESy Component: Governance

The Goverannce component is outside the Organisation component as the same transformation teams could work across multiple Organisations.

TESy Component: Enterprise Architecture

The Enterprise Architecture component represents various model needed to understand the AS-IS and the TO-BE scenarios for the transition. Models are usually seen as graphical representation but it could be also other more table-oriented representations.

TESy Component: Culture

The Culture component represents the underlying beliefs, assumptions, values and ways of interacting that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization.
