During the first 3D-Online-Kongress ITSM Horizon I got, not only the great pleasure to present my story of transforming the BBU GmbH but also of experiencing the first 3D-Online-Kongress.
Digital Transformation is a topic that accompanies my whole life. Starting with the first gaming console 43 years ago until now where I am looking forward to my new apple watch with LTE connection. Every piece of technology is impacting the way we act, the way we live. It creates a new version of myself. In the same way, it transforms our company, the industry we are in and our whole society!

During my presentation, I had the great pleasure to present the TESy-Framework and how it could be applied to the daily business problems.
I could connect to many interesting people, all with the mindset that transformation happens everywhere and it is important that it is getting managed properly, especially if you have a digital transformation within an organisation or within an industry.
